A.C. Grande Real Estate (A.C Grande Real Estates Ltd) was registered in Cyprus in April 2022 by Avgoustis Chrysostomou, a Cypriot realtor who had 12 years of experience in the market by 2024. The agency specialises exclusively in new-build property, including off-plan and under-construction projects bought directly from developers, and states that it cooperates with developers across the island.

It works in Paphos, Larnaca, Limassol, Nicosia, Ayia Napa and Protaras. Services include property search and purchase support, interest-free developer instalment plans of up to two years, long- and short-term rental of clients' properties, resale assistance and after-sales service.

The agency also helps non-EU buyers apply for residence permits through investment and organises introductory viewing trips of up to five days at its own expense, excluding flights.
