Ajami Group

Family-owned Paphos developer and builder with more than 30 years of experience.

AJAMI group was founded in 1990 by Savvas H. Ajami as a construction company and moved into property development in 2002. By 2010 it had built more than 300 properties, and today the family business has completed and developed over 500 properties in the Paphos district. In 2018 its businesses were brought together under the AJAMI group brand.

The group designs and builds its own projects and offers sales, rentals (AJAMI rentals, since 2014) and maintenance after completion. Current projects include The Nest in Empa, Carob Homes in Tala, Ocean Pearls in Pegeia, Almond Homes in Choulou and Ajami Court IV in Anavargos; completed developments include AJAMI Court I and III and the first block of The Nest.

AJAMI group is headquartered at the Tamiel Centre in Paphos and opened the AJAMI Business Center in Paphos in 2024.
