Aristo Developers

One of Cyprus's largest property developers, founded in Paphos in 1980.

Aristo Developers was founded in 1980 by Theodoros Aristodemou and has since completed more than 265 developments across the island, with over 40 projects currently on the market. Headquartered at the Aristo Centre in Paphos, the company develops homes, resorts and plots mainly in the Paphos and Limassol districts.

Over four decades Aristo has shaped the Paphos region: it founded the International School of Paphos in 1987, built the first golf course in Cyprus at Tsada in 1994, followed by the Secret Valley Golf Club, and opened the Aphrodite Water Park in 2000. In the same year it listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange and became the first Cypriot property developer certified to ISO 9001. Later projects include the Venus Rock golf resort near Kouklia, and since 2013 the company has been a co-owner of the Kings Avenue Mall in Paphos.

The company has its own after-sales, rentals and resales departments. Its awards include the Cyprus Export Award (2005) and Best Real Estate Developer titles in 2016 and 2017.
