Limassol Greens

Golf resort community in Limassol with the island's first championship golf course within a city.

Limassol Greens is a residential and golf resort developed by Lanitis Golf Public Co Ltd, backed by the Lanitis Group and Malta's Alf Mizzi & Sons. The masterplan by AECOM covers 1.4 million square metres in western Limassol, near Tserkezoi and Fasouri, and provides for around 500 villas and 250 apartments, with about 70% of the area left as green space. The total investment is around €400 million.

At its heart is an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Cabell Robinson. The first villas and apartments were handed over in 2025; the resort opened in October 2025 and was officially inaugurated in June 2026. Architects include HKS London and J+A Philippou, and the main contractor is Cybarco.

Owners can use the resort's property management service. The project won the LeadingRE Best New Development Launch award.
