Pafilia Property Developers was founded in 1977 by Elias Eliades and remains owner-managed by the Eliades family. Based in Paphos, with an office in Limassol and representation in several countries, it has delivered more than 250 projects.

Its best-known developments are ONE, the landmark residential tower in Limassol, and Minthis, a golf resort in the Paphos hills, both widely recognised at the European and International Property Awards. Recent projects include Amathos Residences and Aria in Limassol, Konia Green, Pafilia Plaza and Nyssa Park, as well as Iliso Suites in Greece. In total, the company has received more than 60 international awards.

Through its subsidiaries, Pafilia offers resales (Mymove), as well as property management, rentals and after-sales services (Blue Orange).
