Takis Vashiotis Group is a successful family-owned business based in Limassol, Cyprus. Established 60 years ago by the trailblazer Takis Vashiotis, the company has grown into one of the largest construction and real-estate development companies on the island. One of the company’s earliest projects is the famous VASHIOTIS FALYROU COURT apartment block located in Mesa Geitonia, which constitutes the first private apartment block ever constructed.
