Korantina Homes was founded in 1990 by George Ioannou, the company's founder and CEO, and develops residential, resort, commercial and mixed-use projects in the Paphos district. The company employs more than 600 people.
Its flagship is the Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort on Cape St George in Pegeia, with more than 2 km of coastline, a 202-room hotel and 180 villas. In Kato Paphos it has developed the SOHO Resort, two towers of 15 and 16 storeys with apartments and villas, and the Royal Bay Resort, while in Paphos town its projects include City Landmark and City Colours.
Korantina Homes has received European Property Awards and was named Best Luxury Real Estate Developer in Cyprus at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2023. It offers rental services and property maintenance to its buyers, and donated €2.5 million to the Paphos Innovation Institute.
