Courtyard Platinum, a premium residential development consisting of 940 apartments, will be built in İskele. Layouts include studios and 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 units. In addition to apartments, residents will receive small gardens and rooftop terraces.
The internal infrastructure features several outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a shopping street, restaurants, a spa, a fitness centre, picnic areas, and tennis and basketball courts. The development is being built just 600 metres from the sea coast with several large beaches.
According to the project, Courtyard Platinum will be divided into three large courtyards. Courtyard-B is in the north part and has a total area of the outdoor space of 20,000 m². In addition to pools, restaurants, and bars, Courtyard-B has a basement with an indoor pool, a gym, and other facilities located around the perimeter of the building, which is built in the style of an amphitheatre, with a large garden in the centre.
Courtyard-L is in the south part of the community, and the area of the outdoor space is 15,000 m². It also has pools, bars, and restaurants, but no basement like Courtyard-B. However, this area boasts several decorative landscaped gardens.
Finally, Courtyard-T will be the smallest of the three, with a total area of public spaces of only 7,500 m². It does not have as many infrastructure facilities as other parts of the development. Courtyard-T is to be the quietest and most tranquil place in the Courtyard Platinum project.
The cost of apartments in the residential development starts at £93,000 ($120,435).
