A new luxury residential development, Natulux, will be built not far from Küçük Erenköy Beach in Kyrenia District. The seafront project of villas and apartments will stand on a site atop a cliff, providing a 270-degree view. For all residents to enjoy the sea view, the developer designed the development as buildings of varied heights.
The following options will be available for sale in the community:
- Seafront four-bedroom villas with a 360-degree sea view
- Duplex three-bedroom villas above the first-row houses
- Duplex two-bedroom apartments
- Two- and three-bedroom apartments with a private garden
- Three-bedroom penthouses with terraces
- Duplex two-bedroom penthouses
The project includes an indoor swimming pool, a mini-golf area, an open-air cinema, a spa room, a gym, a barbecue area, and a hydrotherapy shower.
Natulux is being built near the hamlet of Küçük Erenköy. The area boasts the namesake beach, picturesque mountains, and olive groves. A significant part of the hamlet’s population are Europeans and Russians, but most of them use their homes only on holidays or weekends. About 350 people live here on a permanent basis.
The local beach ranks 35th (out of 51) among the TRNC beaches. It is less than 500 metres from the hamlet and is free to visit.
Housing prices in the project start at £200,000 ($259,000) per property. The houses will be handed over in May 2026. Those who cannot afford to pay the entire amount at once can use an instalment plan, paying 40% as a down payment and the remaining 60% upon move-in.
