In Kyrenia District (the Turkish name is Girne), sales of the fifth phase of the Sea Magic Garden project, a luxurious residential development a 15-minute drive from the administrative centre, have started.
The development consists of several two-storey houses, featuring one- and two-bedroom apartments. All units have access to private terraces, which are rooftop in the apartments on the first floor.
The developer hands over all the apartments turnkey: with full finishes, heated floors in the bathrooms, pre-installed plumbing fixtures, and built-in kitchens. Buyers, however, can choose materials and the colour of the finishes.
The layouts include:
- One-bedroom apartments on the ground floor ranging from 40 to 45 m² with a 10 m² terrace
- One-bedroom apartments on the first floor with an area of 62 m² and a 55 m² rooftop terrace
- Two-bedroom apartments on the first floor with an area of 62 m² and a 55 m² rooftop terrace
Sea Magic Garden also features internal infrastructure, including a swimming pool, a gym, an Italian restaurant, and a beauty salon. Near the residential development are Korineum Golf Course and Alagadi Turtle Beach.
Construction of the fifth phase is scheduled to begin in autumn 2023. The houses should be handed over by 2026. The project includes a total of 110 apartments, with prices starting at £102,000 ($132,000) for a one-bedroom unit. It is possible to purchase property in interest-free instalments with a 35% down payment.
Sea Magic Garden is part of the large Sea Magic project by the developer Carrington. The community is located in the small town of Esentepe, popular with tourists for its picturesque mountains, rich history, and convenient beach. In addition to Garden, the project includes residential developments such as Sea Magic Park, Royal, Premium, and Villas.
